6. Installation and Setup

Clients must ensure safe access to the property for installation.

SmartHelix is not responsible for delays caused by client inaccessibility, power issues, or third-party service failures.

Any additional work required after installation completion will be quoted separately.
7. Warranties and Support

All SmartHelix products and systems include a limited manufacturer’s warranty as applicable.

SmartHelix provides technical support for products installed by its certified technicians.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or external factors such as power surges or network failure.
8. Data and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
SmartHelix will not be liable for:
